Ferretti Dessert: An Italian Pastry Tradition

Founded in 2010 by Master Pastry Chef Sandro Ferretti in Mosciano Sant'Angelo, a picturesque town in the Abruzzo region, Ferretti Dessert focuses on bringing high-quality Italian desserts to a wider audience.

The Man Behind the Brand: Sandro Ferretti

Sandro Ferretti’s journey into the world of pastry began in his youth. At just 20, he took over his family’s bakery in Roseto degli Abruzzi, transforming it into a thriving pastry and gelato shop. His expertise led him to key roles, including Director of Production at Gis Gelati. In 2006, he was recognised as a Master Pastry Chef by the Accademia Maestri Pasticceri Italiani (AMPI).

With decades of experience, he established Ferretti Dessert in 2010. Today, the company operates a 10,000-square-meter facility with five production lines and an annual output of over 9 million pastries. Despite this scale, Ferretti Dessert stays true to its roots, ensuring every product reflects the flavors and techniques of Italian pastry-making.

High Standards and Innovation

Ferretti Dessert focuses on high-quality ingredients, time-tested techniques, and modern processes. Every dessert is prepared using premium local ingredients, ensuring a taste experience that feels homemade.

  • Traditional recipes, modern convenience – Ferretti combines traditional methods with cutting-edge production techniques to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Rigorous quality control – The company holds BRCGS certification, a globally recognised standard for food safety and consistency.
  • Expanding global reach – With a 27% growth in 2023, Ferretti Dessert has successfully expanded into key European markets, including France, the UK, and Switzerland.
