Salvo provides next-day delivery within London and the M25. We operate a friendly delivery service, enabling you to conveniently place orders and receive goods directly to your business. We are happy to set a recurring schedule of deliveries, whether it be on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, to meet your business needs.
Salvo provides delivery service directly to your business subject to a minimum order of £150 (excluding VAT) in accordance with Salvo's delivery schedule.
Salvo's own fleet of vehicles operate from our modern distribution facility in Hertfordshire and enable us to deliver to customers nationwide. Whether you are an independent restaurant chain, hotel group or delicatessen, Salvo provide a reliable and efficient delivery service straight to your premises.
When ordering kilo products and items, prices are subject to the final catch weight of these items and your order will be adjusted to your invoice.
Your order is accepted and payment is taken at the point of dispatch for goods. All orders are subject to availability and products that are out of stock at the point of dispatch will not be charged.
Customer must ensure that staff are available to receive a delivery during their agreed delivery schedule. Deliveries must be checked at the time of delivery in the presence of a Salvo staff member. The customer must sign the delivery note/invoice by way of acceptance of the goods and must document any shortcomings.
When returning goods please ensure that you obtain a signed official receipt. We are only able to return damaged or faulty goods at the time of delivery of those goods. If you wish to change an item on your order, the office must be notified prior to your delivery.
All goods should be examined on delivery. Any loss/damage must be recorded on the delivery note and both carriers and the office advised in writing or by telephone within3 days. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for defects caused to the packaging or the content occasioned after delivery by unsatisfactory handling or storage in unsuitable conditions.
Ordering online is subject to a minimum spend of 150 pounds. If your order is under £150 pounds (excluding VAT), there will be a delivery surcharge of £20 pounds. Please note all prices are in sterling pounds and exclude VAT where applicable.
The company may limit the quantity of goods supplied to any one customer.
All prices are subject to the price ruling at point of purchase but may be subject to revision without prior notice. Any offers or promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at anytime. Salvo reserves the right to exclude certain customer groups from offers and promotions.
