These 600g portions eliminate the need for on-site mixing and allow for a streamlined kitchen workflow. The dough is formulated to achieve a professional-grade texture after a controlled defrosting and proving period.

To achieve the best results, defrost at room temperature for six to seven hours, then refrigerate for 24 to 36 hours. Remove from the fridge a few hours before service.
