Frozen pizza dough balls made with Molino Dallagiovanna pizza red flour 00

Suitable for restaurants, and can be cooked in a professional restaurant oven

No need for a skilled pizzaiolo

To use: remove from the freezer and place dough balls in a white pizza dough box with NO flour. Cover with a cotton cloth and leave in the fridge for 12 hours to defrost. Remove from the fridge and dip the dough in flour, then replace back in the dough box. You then have two options: leave the dough in the box at room temperature and use within the next 3-4 hours, or cover the pizza dough box with a cotton cloth and leave in the fridge, and use within 2 days
