The Ciuffo is a traditional hand-tied mozzarella format, made using 100% Italian buffalo milk and finished in Cilento’s Campania dairy. At 250g, this larger size is designed for centre-of-plate presentation or for slicing and sharing. Its firmer outer and moist, dense interior hold visual appeal and structure in service.

Compared to the 125g ball, the Ciuffo offers more impact on the plate and can be used either whole or portioned - especially effective in premium cold builds.
