The packing process of our fresh pasta line is made in a white room , an aseptic space, where pasta is pastorized only one time in order to avoid further stress to the dough and preserve the organoleptic features of the ingredients.

Hand-rolled pasta typical of the Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany, Marche and Umbria regions of Italy as well as in the state of San Marino. 

Cooking time 4-6 minutes.
